02, How rental enquiries work / විමසීම් ක්‍රියාවලිය
The website includes ONE enquiry channel chosen before development, either WhatsApp or Email. Both channels together cost LKR 8,000 extra. Availability is checked manually by the owner.

WhatsApp option opens a prefilled message for the customer to send. Email option records the enquiry in admin, emails the owner and confirms submission on screen.

08, Terms & conditions / කොන්දේසි
- The LKR 50,000 price covers the defined base scope with ONE enquiry method, WhatsApp OR Email. Both methods together cost LKR 8,000 extra. Other add-ons are optional. / රු. 50,000 මූලික පැකේජයට එක් විමසීම් ක්‍රමයක් පමණක් ඇතුළත්ය. ක්‍රම දෙකම සඳහා රු. 8,000ක් අමතර වේ.
- Two rounds of design revisions are included. Additional changes or new functionality require a separate quotation. / සංශෝධන වට 2ක් ඇතුළත්ය.
- The client provides vehicle photographs, vehicle specifications, rental prices, business details and rental terms. Dulan will initially upload the agreed supplied fleet; ongoing unlimited entries are self-managed. / අවශ්‍ය වාහන ඡායාරූප හා තොරතුරු සේවාලාභියා සපයයි.
- First-year hosting is included for ordinary website use. First-year .lk domain registration is included up to LKR 5,000, and any excess is quoted separately. After the first year, hosting renews at LKR 3,500 per year. Domain renewal is charged separately at the actual renewal quote for the chosen domain, which may differ from the purchase price. / පළමු වසරේ hosting ඇතුළත්ය. .lk domain සඳහා රු. 5,000 දක්වා ඇතුළත්ය. දෙවන වසරේ සිට hosting වාර්ෂික ගාස්තුව රු. 3,500කි. - Enquiry status updates are manually made by the owner. A submitted enquiry is not a confirmed vehicle booking. / විමසීමක් යනු තහවුරු කළ වෙන්කිරීමක් නොවේ.
- Availability emails require customers to provide valid email addresses and functioning email-delivery configuration; actual delivery can depend on recipients' mail providers. / දැනුම්දීම් සඳහා නිවැරදි ඊමේල් ලිපින සහ ක්‍රියාත්මක ඊමේල් සේවා අවශ්‍ය වේ.
- Basic SEO helps indexing and search visibility but does not promise a specific Google ranking. / Google හි නිශ්චිත ස්ථානයක් සහතික නොවේ.
- A 50% advance payment is required before starting development. The remaining 50% is payable after the completed website is presented and approved by the client, and before the website goes live. Additional upgrades are billed on the agreed final project value. / වැඩ ආරම්භ කිරීමට පෙර 50% අත්තිකාරම් ගෙවිය යුතුය. අවසන් වෙබ් අඩවිය පෙන්වා සේවාලාභියා අනුමත කළ පසු, එය සජීවී කිරීමට පෙර ඉතිරි 50% ගෙවිය යුතුය.
